Data pipelines & management 🎓
I specialize in preparing and streamlining data pipelines for complex, large-scale datasets, especially ecological data such as audio, video, and imagery. My services include data cleaning, wrangling, automated analysis, and advanced ecological modelling — components that can be part of a scientific manuscript. I also help put organizational datasets in order and set up GitHub organization pages, so your team can manage and share data long after the project ends.
R package development 📦
Building R packages is one of the best ways to make code accessible and reusable — whether as an internal tool for your team, or an open-source solution for the broader research community. I offer package development from scratch, as well as improving or co-developing existing packages.
Shiny tools, quarto & R markdown 📊
R Markdown and Quarto are powerful tools for turning data into clear, well-organized reports, while Shiny tools and Quarto dashboards make that data interactive — letting stakeholders explore and engage with results directly. I build documentation, dashboards, and interactive Shiny tools to help your team communicate data more clearly and make it easier for others to engage with. BTW, this website was created by Quarto!
Workshop & tutorial 🏫
I take pride in teaching — it’s a valuable opportunity to share knowledge and help make data science and R programming more accessible to researchers and students. I offer workshops on data wrangling with tidyverse, data visualization with ggplot2, and ecological modelling in R, as well as topics like data management, Git & GitHub, reproducible coding, and R package development.

Already comfortable in R but stuck on a specific bug, workflow decision, or analysis approach? I offer one-on-one sessions to review code, troubleshoot problems, and help you get unstuck — a lower-commitment option for when you don’t need a full project, just a second pair of eyes.
